My alarm didn't ring

1. Open Settings, then Make sure it rings. It finds phone settings that can stop alarms.
2. Allow Alarms and reminders for the app in Android’s Settings, if your phone asks.
3. Set the app’s battery use to Unrestricted. Some phones stop apps in the background to save battery.
4. Tap Test alarm on the same screen after any change.

If it still doesn’t ring, contact us with your phone model. Missed alarms are one of the things we fix first.
