Get help from a person

A person reads every message and replies within a day. Payment and account problems go to the front of the queue.

There are three ways to reach us:

1. In the app: open Settings, then Help and support, and tap Contact support. It adds your app version and phone model for you, and the reply arrives in the app.
2. On this website: use the contact form. Check your email address before you send, because that’s where we reply.
3. By email: write to support@lemonkitestudio.com. Replies stay in the same conversation.
