Fill in and sign a form

Fill in a form and sign it without printing anything.

1. Open the form. PDF Reader finds its fields for you.
2. Tap a field to type, tick a box or pick from a list.
3. To sign, tap the signature tool, then draw or type your signature and place it on the page.
4. Save, then share the signed copy.
