Delete your account and data

You only have an account if you made one, and you can delete it any time.

1. In an app that offers it, open Settings, then Account, and tap Delete account. Or email support@lemonkitestudio.com from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my account.
2. You have 7 days to change your mind. Write to us within those days to cancel.
3. After 7 days your account is deleted, and it can’t be undone.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel Cloud in Google Play first.

What we delete: your account, email address and sign-in details, devices, settings, the data you stored with us and your conversations with us.

What we keep: limited purchase records for up to 6 years, for tax, refunds and fraud prevention, without your name or email address.

Files on your phone stay until you delete them or uninstall the app. One-time purchases stay on your Google account and can be restored later. The full rules are in our Data Deletion Policy.
