Get a copy of your data

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, at no cost.

1. Write to support@lemonkitestudio.com from the email address on your account.
2. Use the subject Copy of my data.
3. We may ask you to confirm it’s you, then we send the copy within 30 days.

Your files, documents and notes live on your phone, not with us, so they aren’t part of the copy. To keep them, back them up from the app.

You can also ask us to correct something, or to delete specific data without deleting your whole account.
