Passwords and redaction

Open a protected PDF: free. Enter the password when PDF Reader asks. We never store it.

Add or remove a password: with Pro. You need to know the current password to remove it.

Redact: with Pro. Mark the parts to hide, and PDF Reader rebuilds the page so the hidden text and pictures are really gone, not just covered with a black box.

Check a redacted copy before you send it, and keep the original somewhere safe.
