Ask for a refund

Purchases in our apps go through Google Play, so Google Play’s refund rules apply.

  1. Open Google Play’s order history on the account you bought with.
  2. Find the purchase and choose Request a refund, or Report a problem.
  3. Follow the steps. Google Play tells you what it decides by email.

If Google Play can’t help, or you’re not sure what went wrong, write to us with the order number from your Google Play receipt. A person looks at every refund question.

A refund ends what you bought. If Pro is refunded, the Pro tools lock again, and everything that’s free keeps working.
