Restore a purchase

If Pro or another purchase is missing after you reinstall an app or reset your phone, you can bring it back yourself in a few seconds.

  1. Make sure the phone uses the same Google account you bought with on Google Play.
  2. Open the app, then Settings.
  3. Tap Restore purchases.

If you made a Lemon Kite account, signing in with it also brings back your purchases.

Purchases belong to your Google account or your Lemon Kite account, not to the phone. Reinstalling on the same phone doesn’t use up a move.

If Restore finds nothing, the purchase may be on another Google account. Check which account you used in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions, then Budget and history. Still stuck? Contact us and we’ll look it up.
