I can't find a PDF in my library

Updated · 1 minute read
  1. Search by name with Search files in the Files tab.
  2. Turn on all files access if you skipped it. See See all the PDFs on your phone.
  3. Check the trash in case it was deleted.

Without all files access, Android hides some folders, such as Download, from every app. Open the file from your files app and choose PDF Reader. After that it shows in Recently opened.

A PDF saved inside another app, like a chat app’s own storage, may not be visible to any other app until you save or share it out.
