My changes are missing

1. Check which file you opened. If you saved as a copy, your changes are in the new file, usually next to the original with a new name.
2. Look in Recently opened on Home. The file you worked on last is at the top.
3. Open it in another app. If the marks show there, the file is fine.

If you edited a file you opened from an email or chat, save it to your phone before you edit, so the app that sent it can’t replace it.

If changes are really gone, contact us and tell us how you opened and saved the file.
